Our Latest Artist Is Carla

Below she tells us about her work and Zazzling:

My name is Carla, and I'm pretty new at Zazzle but not so new at drawing, which I've been doing for most of my life.  My favorite medium is pen and ink, but I'm partial to any kind of hand rendered illustration.    To adapt this hand drawn style to Zazzle has made me learn how to use Illustrator and work in a digital/hand drawn combination.  I love the ease and non-mess factor of digital, but I still love drawing with a real pen!  I consider myself a Zazzle beginner, but I've come a long way in a short time, just by trying new things and getting my store together.  I also have a .blog

The only thing I want to say is that I love creating things with Zazzle, but I'm super new and it's all a very big learning experience!

Our Newest Artist Is Peter McPartlin From United Kingdom

Below he will tell us a bit about himself, and his work:

MY BIO (I AM NOT AN ARTIST I AM JUST A MAN WHO PAINTS.L.S.LOWRY).... I have been painting as an amateur artist on and off for many years  .I have over the years developed a very unusual use of colour and content, which I now know from experience appeal to many people,  Including individual collectors and dealers . Newcastle upon Tyne England has been a hotbed of heavy Industry since the beginning of the industrial revolution, most of which has now gone forever.  A lot of my paintings are recollections of youthful images of the period, late 1940s and 1950s.  They are inspired by local naïve and primitive pitmen artists I am also an admirer of L.S.LOWRY, and the great American artist EDWARD HOPPER .AND GRANMA MOSES among others.  All images are copyright of Peter McPartlin,  All Rights Reserved.  Any prints are for private, non commercial use.  You may not copy or redistribute these images without my written permission.
